By Michael Waters. In the latest round of matches, Centaur took over top spot on the ladder with a 8-4 win over Griffin. Centaur players all chipped in, Alan Martyn, Gommo and Tom Randall winning two singles each. Griffin captain Steve Lawrie won his 3 singles, and teammate Simon Smith can count himself unlucky, losing 2 five set matches, firstly against Tom Randall, going down 8-11, 11-9, 10-12, 11-6, 5-11, and then against Gommo, 11-7, 4-11, 8-11,11-8, 6-11. Centaur won 2 of the 3 doubles to give them the points. Medusa climbed up to third on the ladder with an 8-4 win over bottom team Goblin. Medusa captain Troy Harris won 3 singles, Dylan Agnew won 2 singles and Michael Williams 1 single.
