Naracoorte agents yarded 1,240 cattle as the season continues to become dryer at the later stages of Spring. The offering was mainly good made up of excellent grown cattle, well presented yearlings, heavy beef cows and grown bulls.

The team of Rob Lawrie, birthday girl Helen Lynch, Jim Gray and Steve Farrell took the lead on the 6th end against James Farren’s team and were never headed, winning 29 shots to Mt Gambier’s 17 shots.

Bennett, the second round A. Barker defeated D. Arnold, H. Whitehead went down to C. Fox, C. Murphy defeated B. King and C. Healy defeated S. Williams.

The Bowling season is becoming busier each week. Coughlin Park 2 visited Serviceton Club this week for Midweek Pennant. We played East – West on the green, this being new to us as well as our visitors. Serviceton team 1 drew with Coughlin park 20 shots each.
