By Sally MacLeod. Attwood’s Shoe Store kindly sponsored the 5 th monthly medal last Wednesday. Always a keenly sort after prize, as Attwoods are very generous with their sponsorship and we thank them for their ongoing support. Also a big thank you to Jan O’Shaughnessy who sponsors the putting competition for the monthly medals and has done for many years. There were 20 ladies in the field and some impressive scores prevailed. The winner in A grade was Sandra Munn with a 95-23-72 and the runner up was Vicki Scullion with 93-17: 76. In B grade, Sue Norcock played exceptionally well to score a very impressive 102-34-68. Margie Porter also hit the ball very well to be runner up with a 103-31-72.
