By Sally MacLeod The Avenue Inn kindly sponsored last Wednesday’s 5 th Monthly Medal, NGC Spoons and Veteran’s Trophy competition. The vouchers were very generous and we thank them for their continuing support of our ladies competition. The course is looking fabulous and the weather was stunning so there were no excuses for poor golf!  We welcomed visitors from Waikerie, McLaren Vale, and Royal Sydney Golf Clubs who helped make up the field of 21. The A grade winner was Sally Macleod with a nett 75, who played with the runner up, Pam Hood, who had a nett 76.
