A solid crowd, a home-town win and a successful day – with the promise of more ahead – were the take-home messages from the 2024 Naracoorte Racing Club’s cup meeting, held last Sunday week. Around 1000 people attended the club’s biggest meeting of the year, which offered record overall prize money, including $40,000 alone for the 2000m MiniJumbuk Naracoorte Cup.
