Westminster has welcomed Dee Guillemot-Rodgerson as the school’s new director of Boarding, an experienced leader with more than three decades dedicated to boarding life.

Joining Westminster from St Andrew’s College in New Zealand, Dee brings extensive experience leading large and diverse boarding environments, alongside a deep understanding of the trust families place in a school community.

Dee is widely respected for building connected and supportive boarding communities, with a leadership style grounded in care, empathy and genuine connection.
