A family has spoken out about what they describe as a “distressing and unsafe” ordeal at the taxpayer-funded Naracoorte Hospital, after a woman trampled by a cow was left battling what they claim were misdiagnosed fractures, lost medical notes, and an emergency department squeezed into a carpeted former children’s ward mid-renovation.
The family of former Naracoorte-based apprentice jockey Rachael Kraemer say they are “optimistic” about her recovery, after a horror accident last week left her with serious injuries.

KNTFL reserves elimination final – Mundulla v Kybybolite
After an even first quarter, Mundulla kicked eight unanswered goals in the second term, after which both teams scored the same number of goals in the second half, so the Moots won convincingly 15-5-95 to 6-13-49 to progress to the first semi-final at Kingston.
It was a great weekend of finals footy to start the major round of the KNTFL 2025 football season.
