Last week, the Naracoorte RSL & District Bowling Club’s division one team played an away match against Mount Gambier RSL Blue.
On February 16, at Robe, the weather was fine and the field was 82. In division one, the very predictable local, Gordie Fleming won with 36 points, from Bordertown’s Baz Turnbull with 35, counting out Port Mac’s Peter Ewer.
Round 14 of the SPTA season took to the courts at the weekend, where the heat made the conditions an interesting challenge for all teams.
