Thunder, lightning, rain and hail last Friday dumped up to 170mm on Naracoorte, causing stormwater to gush into homes, businesses and service centres. Flooded buildings, fallen trees causing blackouts to 300 homes and hailstones the size of marbles to golf balls wreaked havoc. Most rain fell Friday between 5pm and 7pm.
