It was established 20 years ago to promote the development of the Lucindale district and community by developing projects, identifying funding opportunities and acting as an umbrella body for various community organisations/projects. LINC organises the community Christmas party each year, including a parade and Santa visit, and in 2022 we also had market stalls run by local children and highly competitive yabby racing! One of our current projects is raising funds to support a Lucindale community member to participate in the Limestone Coast Emerging Leaders Program. Dirt Karting is the cheapest form of motorsports, you can start racing at 5 yrs old and up to 90yrs with a selection of classes to choose from. Lucindale Lions Club

By Andrew Copping Lucindale Lions Club is responsible for running the Annual South East Field Days and the maintenance and upkeep of Yakka Park. It also cuts and delivers firewood to the elder members of the community. The Lucindale Lions Club provides help to people in need locally, nationally and internationally. Recently the Lucindale Lions have joined forces with interested members of the community to run a Charity Ball with funds going back to the community. We have also aligned ourselves with the Lucindale Working Dog Auction who run a successful Working Dog Auction yearly in Lucindale. It is our aim to purchase a shipping container to safely store the fake grass used in the auction to ensure long life.
