Their 5th daughter, Margaret MacInnes 1827-1892, married Dr Alexander McDonald 1813-1891 in Scotland.

Funding sought for Dirt Kart Titles

The Lucindale Karting Club needs financial support to host the 2024 Australian Dirt Kart Titles. Club representatives David Bull and Ian Rowlands addressed the Naracoorte-Lucindale Council’s January 23 meeting on the club’s request for financial support to host the event. According to meeting documents, the club has asked for a very significant contribution from council, comprising a financial contribution of $50,000 (this has been included in the income for the event budget) and an in-kind contribution of $10,000.

Thrill of a lifetime

It was the “thrill of a lifetime” for many residents at the Lighthouse Lodge at the Kingston Soldiers Memorial Hospital. The residents met some of their Crows heroes up close for a special training session in Robe, reminiscing on the days they used to cheer for their favourites during live matches at a stadium.
