The top two teams Zeus and Hera both had wins this week and are now equal on 100 points with 3 rounds to go. Darrel and Chris played an even 4 sets with an eventual 15-13 4 th set win to Darrel. The improving Sal had a 3-1 win against Callum who won the second game.

Lucindale continued its excellent start to the Millicent and Naracoorte Cricket Association season with a third consecutive win last Saturday. After finishing last season in the lower half of the ladder, Lucindale has started this year with three from three to be equal on top of the ladder with reigning premiers Rendelsham.

Last Saturday saw the third round of the U14 Hall Trophy. This rounds match up for the Penola/Naracoorte U14’s, was Mt. Burr, at McCorquindale Park in Penola. The sun was shining, there was a light breeze in the air, and both teams were ready for a good game.

E/W winners were the ever reliable Prue Ellis and Jenny Pridham followed by Mary Lush and Yvonne Hegarty.
