Penola Coonawarra unveils TREE-mendous Christmas initiative

The festive season in Penola Coonawarra has taken on a sustainable twist this year with the launch of the Trash to TREE-mendous Community Christmas Exhibition. In a bid to foster creativity, community engagement, and draw visitors to the region, businesses and individuals have been invited to showcase their ingenuity by crafting unique Christmas trees from everyday odds and ends.

Despite the wet weather the game between Naracoorte and Central Magpies continued as scheduled. Brady Fox pitched and Dawson Fox caught for the first game. Central Magpies were able to get bat on ball but were unable to find gaps in the fielding in their first innings.
