A HIGHLY respected former Lucindale District Council councillor, James “Jimmy” Young, has been remembered for “living a rich and useful life”. Cr Cameron Grundy gave condolences to the Young family on behalf of Naracoorte Lucindale Council at its October 24 meeting.
