The Naracoorte Combined Branch of SACWA November meeting was held in the Senior Citizen’s rooms as our kitchen renovations in the CWA Rooms were still in progress. President Mrs Sandra Hutchings welcomed Guest Speaker Mr. Malcolm McEachern who spoke on his several visits to Papua New Guinea, our Country for study 2023.

Charity triples school meal service through charity partnerships

A Mount Gambier-based charity providing meals to schoolchildren has tripled their service over the last few months, with the help of fellow charities and organisations. Twenty-five schools across the Limestone Coast have now signed up for the Spare Ya Change 4 Kids (SYC4K) service, an increase from six schools at the beginning of 2023.

Kingston District Council is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ian Hart. Ian brings extensive leadership experience to Kingston District Council having been a CEO in multiple organisations, in addition to several senior executive team roles, across a diverse career spanning local and state government as well as community-based organisations, including Derwent Valley Council, Regional Development Victoria, Bendigo Heritage Attractions, Bendigo Jockey Club and Thoroughbred Racing SA.
