Applications now open for Community Child Care Fund

Member for Barker, Tony Pasin MP is encouraging community childcare centres in Barker to apply for funding through the Federal Government’s Community Child Care Fund (CCCF). Mr Pasin said the former Coalition Government established the CCCF to provide funding to regional and remote services to help them stay open and increase the number of available places.

Naracoorte RSL ladies finished on top of the ladder for the minor rounds of pennant and earned the right to host the semi-finals at home. They played their game against Lucindale and won, securing a spot in the Grand Final. Robyn Hansen, Linda Prentice, Helen Brody and Sandra Green played against Marg Fallon’s rink and won 27 shots to 12.

Congratulations to Kaniva 2023/4 winning the Grosser Shield. The last of the four rounds was played at Serviceton on Wednesday 21st February at Serviceton. Serviceton Night Social Bowls is progressing well with a lot of fun on and off the green. The huge suppers and after game competitions complete the nights.
