Tatiara at Padthaway next week

By Chris Oldfield The community spirit of Tatiara District Council will be on show once again when it meets at Padthaway for its August 8 meeting. Traditionally, Tatiara meets at least once a year at Padthaway and once at Keith. The meetings in the outlying towns are always held at 2pm – a time when local school students can attend, watch and ask questions of councillors and the administration. Then, during a special “kid friendly” afternoon tea, councillors and students are able to chat one-on one about school and council matters. Tatiara’s Padthaway meeting will be held on August 8 at 2pm, in the Padthaway Sporting Complex. The council hopes members of the public will also feel welcome to attend.
