Top Tips for Embracing a Healthy Lifestyle

Here are some of my top tips: 1. Balanced Diet:  Eat a range of fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, and healthy fats. Reduce processed food as much as possible. Eating a well-balanced diet will give your body the vital nutrients it needs to thrive. When you are eating nutrient dense foods you won’t crave less nutrient dense foods.  2.
