By Leanne Mastrangelo The Bordertown Health & Community Foundation held it’s 30th Anniversary bike ride on Saturday March 25th. The ride, which began at Kingston, and finished at Bordertown (ie: B2B) had 30 riders and raised over $30,000. This money will be used to purchase equipment for the Bordertown Memorial Hospital and Aged care facilities and contribute to improving the health care of those within the local community. Tigers roar home in thriller

Mundulla kicked the only goals of the low-scoring first quarter, before Border Districts took the lead late in the second term.

The lead seesawed in the third quarter and Borders led by four points at the last break and extended their lead with a goal in the first minute of the last term.

The lead seesawed again before the Tigers kicked the last two goals of the match to win a thriller by eight points.
