Bordertown defeated their hated rivals Mundulla for the first time in several years to underline their top five credentials this year. The reigning premiers Mundulla have had the wood over Bordertown in recent memory, but the Roosters have recruited well and look the goods this year.

Julie fires 48 in sensational win

Last Wednesday, 16 ladies and Paul McGaw enjoyed playing the first Stableford round of Golf Olympics at Lucindale Country Club.

There were six rounds, two Stroke, two Par, and two Stableford. Winners (on a point system) needed to play one of each to be eligible. Thank you to Fionna McInnes, Nicole Hocking, Eliza Handbury, and Vanessa Clark for sponsoring this fun event.

It was also a Stableford round generously sponsored by Hayley Smart, the owner of The-Eighth-Letter at Robe. It is great to have Hayley on board this year and hopefully she can play with us next year. All prize recipients were thrilled to receive her beautifully presented prizes.
