What puzzles me, is that in the story, nearly filling the second page of the paper, there was not one word about how to save power or save money on power bills.

Local tradesman, Ben Crosby of Foster Engineering was not a happy man when he addressed the Naracoorte-Lucindale Council during its November meeting. Frustrated by the council’s inaction on drainage works, Mr Crosby did not mince his words when he told the elected members that the recent flooding has cost him at least 30k, plus electrical and building damage.
