A Roast with either Christmas pudding or pavlova capped off a busy year for Naracoorte Men’s Probus members when they gathered with wives and partners for Christmas spirits at the Naracoorte Bowling Club. Probus month was celebrated in October with a BBQ gathering, highlighting Probus values of ‘friendship, fellowship and fun’.

The Naracoorte Combined Branch of SACWA November meeting was held in the Senior Citizen’s rooms as our kitchen renovations in the CWA Rooms were still in progress. President Mrs Sandra Hutchings welcomed Guest Speaker Mr. Malcolm McEachern who spoke on his several visits to Papua New Guinea, our Country for study 2023.

Each year, the Kingston Inter Church Council issue hampers and Christmas gifts to families who need an extra helping hand. This year we provided 22 food hampers and Christmas gifts for 38 children. There is a lot of planning before the volunteers come together to pack the hampers, and sort the toys.
