By Nasik Swami: The Naracoorte Lucindale Council served a notice on the property for the Frances Hotel after their inspection found some structural failures that had the potential to cause the roof to collapse. Council chief executive officer, Trevor Smart, confirmed to The News that the notice was served in March 2024.
